Santa Monica Detailers offers professional mobile car detailing services, including:

Liability

any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not

Our total liability for any claims arising from the services will not exceed the total
amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Service Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellation: You can cancel or reschedule your service up to 24 hours in advance without a
fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation
fee.
Late Arrivals: If you are not present at the scheduled location at the time of service, we
may be unable to perform the service, and the appointment will be treated as a cancellation.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your service by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.
Customer Responsibilities
- Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate information, including
vehicle details and any special requests. Failure to provide correct information may affect
the quality of the service.
Access to Vehicle: Ensure that the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time of service.
If the vehicle is inaccessible or requires additional arrangements, we may not be able to
perform the service.
Personal Items: Santa Monica Detailers is not responsible for items left inside your
vehicle. We recommend removing any valuable or sensitive items prior to the service.
